I'm Henry Hubbard. I co-founded TowerDrive and needed somewhere to record. Studio time in Austin costs more than most student bands can afford — so I built my own, above a garage. That's it. That's the whole story.
I built it myself, figured it out as I went, and I run it and mix here because I genuinely love it. The price is low on purpose — $20 a day, $10 an hour — because I don't want money to be the reason a band can't record.

TowerDrive is my band. We're the reason this studio exists — we needed a place to record, couldn't find anything affordable, so we built it. The reel above is a sneak peek at new music we tracked right here.

This studio is named after him. Theo's middle name was Roebling — and that's what we named it.
Theo was 16 years old and one of those people who made music feel important. He loved it the way most people never get to — deeply, obsessively, joyfully. He was a huge ACL Festival fan. He collected songs and shared them with everyone around him.
He was warm, funny, kind, and never met a stranger. He cared about people, about fairness, about the world getting better.
We built this studio in his memory and kept the price low on purpose — because music should be for everyone, and Theo would have believed that.
